“There is ability in disability.” The veracity of that expression has been upheld by Nigeria’s Latifat Tijani, who has won the country’s first medal at the ongoing Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.rio-2016-paralympicTijani came in second behind China’s Hu Dandan in the women’s 45 kg Powerlifting event after lifting 106 kg, just behind the Chinese.

Hu set a new world and also a paralympic record with her 107 kg lift.

Suffolk powerlifter Zoe Newson took the bronze medal.

This is definitely a good start for Team Nigeria and surely, the first of many at the games.

Its based out of North Sydney, not too far from me. I can’t find reviews on them –Dr Tom Goyer Sydney Cosmetic Clinic, 63 West Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. Phone (02) 9929 0455

Beijinhos.

No one can say that TW2′s combat system is good, yet Aj completely ignored it.f
