The soldiers who belong to the 118 Task Force are alleging that they were unduly dismissed from the Army by their commanding Officer, a Colonel.

Mr. Johnson, Counsel for the soldiers, stated that the soldiers were dismissed from service for allegedly absconding from duty without a board of inquiry by their Commanding officer which contradict the military law.

He said that the parturiency of the soldiers began when their battalion was retrenched by the Boko Haram insurgents while they were on their way to Damasak, towards the end of 2015.
