The Delta State Multi-Door Courthouse DSMDC, Asaba, is the venue of the judgment of the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.
The three-man tribunal, which is chaired by Justice Nasir Gunmi and his colleagues arrived the tribunal at about 8.30 am, escorted by siren-blowing security agents and went straight to their chamber.

However, lawyers, journalists and party officials, who properly identified themselves were allowed entry.
