A fire outbreak has been reported at the `Bakassi building’, one of the female hostels of Yaba College of Technology in Lagos.
According to reports, the fire had raged for three hours before the arrival of the fire service which is trying to put out the blaze.
The college could not immediately put out the fire because it ran of water.
