The lawyer to the embattled former National Security Adviser (NSA) Ahmed Raji, says his client did not in anyway use his statements to implicate anyone or lawyer.
Lawyer to Colonel Sambo Dasuki made the declaration in an interview on Thursday. He said the statement was not a disposition, as he confirmed that some media reports were true statements made by his client to the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)
He maintained that the release funds were made as admitted by his clients and the reasons for the statements would be made known when his trial commences.
Although, the legal practitioner has some things to say on the letters from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to EFCC regarding the release of funds. He was quick to object some of the figures that were published as it were untrue.
