The remains of the former governor of defunct Mid-Western/Bendel State, Brigadier General Samuel Ogbemudia (rtd), was laid to rest on Friday, March 17th, 2017.
Those that witnessed the burial of the later elder statesman included: family, friends, close associates, past and serving Governors of Edo and Delta states, as well as members of National Assembly and their state counterparts.
Tributes were paid to the late governor by tributes former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (rtd), Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki and Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Otuaro among others.
