UBA Plc in a mailing to clients today said its cards, VISA and Mastercard, can be utilized by Nigerian holders abroad.
The declaration serves as respite for Nigerians, in the midst of the tightening of foreign exchange uses by the Central Bank of Nigeria , comes with some condition.
Most importantly, card holders must inform their bank that they were leaving Nigeria, no less than 24 hours before leaving Nigeria.
