The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, (NCDC) has confirmed additional 681 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria, a figure that sets a new record for highest daily infection in the country.
The NCDC made this known via its verified twitter handle on Thursday.
According to the NCDC the cases are, Lagos-345 Rivers-51 Ogun-48 Gombe-47 Oyo-36 Imo-31 Delta-28 Kano-23 Bauchi-18 Edo-12 Katsina-12 Kaduna-9 Anambra-7 Jigawa-5 Kebbi-4 Ondo-4 Nasarawa-1.
As of Thursday June 11th, the total coronavirus cases in Nigeria stands at 14,554, 4,494 discharged and 387 deaths.
