Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu, Chief of Army Staff (COAS), has tasked graduating officers and soldiers from Exercise Restore Hope IX to convert their rigorous training into real-world victories against Nigeria’s security challenges in deployment theaters nationwide.

General Shaibu officially closed Exercise Restore Hope IX, congratulated graduates, and approved immediate promotions and decorations for seven outstanding instructor soldiers.
