The National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party of Nigeria (PDP), who has been remanded in Kuje prison since Friday, arrived court today for his bail hearing, but he appeared with his hands cuffed.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had Metuh arraigned before the court on seven count charges of breach of public trust, corrupt acquisition of public funds and money laundering to the tune of N400m, to which he pleaded not guilty.
