Just a day to the inauguration of his cabinet, President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered mass retirement of permanent secretaries.
President Buhari who is due to swear-in his ministers on Wednesday made the decision known during a meeting in his office at the presidential viaal, Abuja. It was gathered that least 17 permanent secretaries were asked to go.
