Col. Rabe takes over from Maj. Gen. Chris Olukolade
Colonel Rabe Abubakar on Monday August 3 took over from Major General Chris Olukolade as the new Director of Information for the Defence Headquarters. Major General Chris Olukolade is proceeding on retirement after 35 years of service in the Military though he will still remain in active service till September 2015.
