David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido and his family members have met with the family of Chioma Avril Roland over his decision to marry her.
Reacting to the development, Nigerian celebrities have taken to their social media pages to hail Davido for taking the bold step.
Davido also revealed on Monday that he would be getting married to Chioma in 2020. Sharing a photo from the family introduction via his Twitter handle, Davido wrote, “First of all Introduction.
Also, on his Insta stories, he shared a slide, telling his fans to get their traditional outfits ready for a wedding in 2020.
Davido’s girlfriend, Chioma, also confirmed the development, saying “I am the happiest woman on earth.”
His announcement has since stirred reactions from fans and Nigerians on social media.
