Phil Hallmark, arguably one of the biggest shopping malls in Benin City, located along Benin-Sapele Road, close to the roundabout, was razed by an inferno that started around 3a.m today. 
Goods worth millions of naira were said to have been destroyed in the inferno.
Although the cause of the inferno is yet to be known, the fire has completely burnt down one part of the twin building.
