Goals came in the 14th and 33rd minute from, Argentine player, Di Maria, and a very late goal from Thomas Meunia.
Meanwhile, Athletico Madrid has played a 2 – 2 draw with Italian club, Juventus in their opening Champions League game.
Juventus opened the game with goals in the 48th and 65th minute, and were scored by Cuadrado and Matuidi, while Athletico Madrid equalsied, with goals in the 70th and 90 th minutes, and were scored by, Savic and Herrer.
Also Bayern Munich ended their match on a good note as the defeated FK Crvena Zvezda 3 – 0.
Manchester City also defeated Shaktar Donetsk 3 – 0.
