COVID-19: Cases hit 7839 in Nigeria as NCDC confirms 313 new cases

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control l, NCDC has confirmed 313 new coronavirus cases in Nigeria.

The NCDC via its official twitter handle on Sunday made this known.

Breakdown of the cases are, 148-Lagos 36-FCT 27-Rivers 19-Edo 13-Kano 12-Ogun 11-Ebonyi 8-Nasarawa 8-Delta 7-Oyo 6- Plateau 5-Kaduna 4-Kwara 3-Akwa Ibom 3-Bayelsa 2-Niger 1-Anambra.

As of Sunday the 24th of May the total coronavirus cases in Nigeria currently stands at 7839, 2263 discharged and 226 deaths.
