Deji Tinubu, former chairman of the Lagos State Sports Commission, who died on Thursday, will be buried on January 30.
Tinubu, who was the Special Adviser on Commerce, Industry and Cooperative to Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, died on Thursday, in the Epe area of Lagos State.
The former Lagos state sports chairman reportedly slumped during a novelty football match organized for executive members and top government officials in the state at a retreat in Epe.
The service of songs will be held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Victoria Island on January 29.
Lying-in-state and burial ceremony will be held at the same venue on January 30, followed by interment at Vaults and Gardens in Ikoyi, Lagos.
He is survived by an aged mother, Bintu Tinubu, and wife, Yemisi.
