Nigeria’s Super Eagles remained at number 51 in the latest FIFA rankings for the month of January released on Thursday. The Gernot Rohr-led team are behind African teams, Tunisia, Senegal, Egypt, Congo DR, Burkina Faso, Cameroon and Ghana.
Germany maintain their number one spot with the top 10 unchanged while Iceland, grouped with Nigeria at the 2018 World Cup, moved two places to be among the top 20.
The next World Ranking will be published on 15 February 2018.
