The Nigeria Football federation (NFF) has announced that a two-year deal has been signed for German tactician Gernot Rohr to become technical adviser of the Super Eagles.
The NFF announced the contract with the former Niger Republic and Burkina Faso coach via its Twitter account on Tuesday, just two days after its technical and development committee recommended the former Burkina Faso coach.

Rohr becomes the first substantive coach of the Super Eagles after five months.
The new coach has an immediate to qualify the Eagles for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
