The Appeal court sitting in Kaduna has sacked Hon. Alhassan Doguwa, the Reps Deputy leader (member of the APC).
Doguwa who represents Doguwa/TudunWada Federal constituency was removed by the court which was presided over by, Justice Oladotun Adefope Okojie.
The court thereby ordered that there should be a fresh election in both local governments.
This comes days after the same verdict was given on Hon. Abdulmumin Jubrin.
