Men of the Benue State Command of the Nigerian Police Force have arrested six fake soldiers for robbery in Ugbema, Benue State.
The men are said to be members of a nine-man gang which has terrorised the along Gboko-Ugbema-Katsina Ala area for long.
The suspects are, Akighir Tyolumun (Gang leader), 18, Iorlumun Kyanya, 18, Chia Joshua, 18, Tevershima Terhemba, 25, Peter Terlumun, 20, and Tarkighir Emmanuel, 18.
They were arrested on November 19, 2018. Items recovered from them include; one single barrel Gun, six army camouflage uniforms and eight phones.
According to police, effort is on to arrest the remaining members of the gang.
