President Muhammadu Buhari will on Monday, January 1, make a national broadcast on the occasion of the 2018 year.
According to Mr. Garva Shehu, Buhari’s Senior Special Assistant to the President (Media & Publicity), the broadcast would be made at 7 a.m.
“Television and radio stations are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast,” he said in a statement released on Sunday.
In his 2017 New Year message, the President preached unity and peace.
