Suspected gunmen have reportedly attacked passersby in front of a Government Secondary School located in Kagoro, Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
An eyewitness, who confirmed the incident, disclosed that the gunmen came on motorcycles and wreaked havoc on those they could sight.
The source said six persons have been confirmed dead as a result of the attack.
“Security agencies are now evacuating the secondary school students to a secured environment,” he added.
Spokesperson of the Kaduna Police Command, Mohammed Jalige, did not respond to calls as of the time of filing this report.
