A video of the altercation involving Abba Kyari, chief of staff to the president and Winifred Oyo-Ita, head of the service of the federation, has emerged online.
Babagana Monguno, national security adviser (NSA), and Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo were seen with the two top government officials.
Although the noise at the background overshadowed her voice, it was clear that Oyo-Ita was aggrieved.
After making her point, she moved to her seat but her countenance said it all.
It is clear that the incident will not be unconnected with a letter written by the Head of Service, wherein she indicted President Muhammadu Buhari in the reinstatement of Abdulrasheed Maina.
